“Talent is cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.”
~ Stephen King
Sometimes work feels like work. True isn’t it? Even things you like to do can occasionally feel like a chore. It happens. You sit down to work on something you value but the enthusiasm isn’t there and you keep looking for the spark that will get you excited to do the work. Nothing comes. Now what?
Well, over-thinking is the enemy of progress, but lack of inspiration is not a reason to quit. Sometimes, in order to create an environment for success you just have to push into the work, struggle through the tough stuff and keep at it. You might be surprised at what comes up. Imperfect action is still action, and progress will come if you do the work!
