“What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incredibly simple. Whether you are willing to do it, that’s another matter.”
~ Peter F. Drucker

Long on dreams but short on will power; it’s more common that I dare to guess. It doesn’t take energy to generate ideas and plans but it’s entirely another matter when it comes to execution. Why is that?

In truth, overwhelm creeps in with the prospect of committing to one. more. thing; even when that ‘thing’ would bring health, financial security, even happiness. Too busy, too tired, no time; so you put it off. But who can blame you when the schedule is already full and energy is low?

Try this. For every new commitment you say YES to, say NO to something else to free up time and energy. If it’s important enough that other ‘thing’ can wait. Prioritize and watch your willpower sore. When there’s a way you’ll find the will.
