24 hours a day. 1440 minutes. That’s all each of us gets every day. How are you using (or losing) yours, and what small changes can you make to use your time better? Identify one or two low priority or unnecessary tasks you could reprioritize or turf from your daily to do’s.

Do you have to check email so often? Does that game on your iPad really need that much attention? Can you cut back on social media just a bit? Can you streamline those meetings or eliminate unnecessary ones? Every minute you give away to something that is not in alignment with your goals will slow your progress forward. Cut it out. It’s about time.
