“Erase self-doubt by working to build your strengths instead of focusing on your weaknesses.”
~ Rodolfo Costa
What are your strengths?
For many of us it’s easier to list all the things we’d like to improve, not the things we already do well. It’s easier to dwell in self-doubt than it is to own our excellence. But self-doubt isn’t good for success, so let it go.
Come to growth through your strengths. If you’re good at something, own it, do it with pride and let your self-confidence guide your daily actions. That competence and confidence will serve you as you step outside your comfort zone to strengthen a weaker skill, or to try something new.
If self-doubt creeps in, shut out the noise by drawing on those numerous strengths… if only to remind yourself that you’re capable. Oh yes you are!
