So, which one are you? I realize none of is will be 100% true to one camp, but we’ll all have our default. What’s yours and in which parts of your life?


You may be an I will person on the work front but default to I can’t when it comes to your workouts. Maybe you’re an I won’t when it comes to helping out at work but you’re an I will when it comes to volunteering with your kid’s sporting team. Or perhaps you’re one of those people who leads with I can’t or I won’t and then you do it anyways? I never understood that one.


This week be aware of your default and be open and willing to embrace I will when it matters most. Accomplishment starts with action and you’re capable of everything you set your mind to. Health, wealth, love and happiness… will your way to more of it!
