Whaaaaat? Where did the year go? Yes, 2015 is coming to a close and a new and possibility-filled year waits just ahead. What better time to reflect on what you’ve accomplished in the past twelve months and set your sights on what you truly want 2016 to look like for you.

Scrap hastily generated resolutions in favour of a bit of thoughtful planning on what you’d like to bring about personally, in your career, with your health or your finances.

Acknowledge your successes from the past year and build on them. Next, figure out how you’d like to challenge yourself in the coming months. And then take the first steps to move those thoughtful wishes into creative, effective action. Happy New You! That’s a great thought.
