“Don’t be a time manager, be a priority manager. Cut your major goals into bite-sized pieces. Each small priority or requirement on the way to the ultimate goal becomes a mini goal in itself.”

~ Denis Waitley

Crazy isn’t it? Instead of adopting a bite-sized approach to tackling the big, scary goals we procrastinate instead, which only adds to the overwhelm. “Now, not only do I have a big project to finish but I’m behind schedule!”

The first step is to begin. Not with the goal of finishing today but for the momentum it will create on your path to completion. You take on the challenges because you know you’re capable, so quite worrying so much and take action instead.

The second step is small steps which will bring far greater results than any amount of big thinking, planning or worrying. In fact, the productivity you can gain from small steps will be bigger than you think. So don’t think…just do.
